Ingredients

Scale

2 cups rolled oats

2 medium apples, diced

2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)

2 eggs

1/3 cup maple syrup

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.

2. In a bowl, mix oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.

3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla.

4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the diced apples.

5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and smooth the top.

6. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center.

7. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use firm apples like Honeycrisp or Granny Smith for best texture.

To make it vegan, use flax eggs and non-dairy milk.
