Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup peaches, diced
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cream or milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, and egg. Gradually stir this into the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  5. Spread diced peaches over the dough, sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar, and roll into a log.
  6. Cut into rolls and place in the prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar with cream until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls.
