Instructions
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning if desired.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before spreading on your pizza dough.
Notes
This sauce can also be used as a dip or drizzled over vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3–4 days.
