- 4 cups broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 cups leafy greens
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- Pour in the broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the dumplings and cook according to package instructions.
- Stir in the greens and soy sauce, cooking until greens are wilted.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped scallions.
Notes
Use fresh or frozen dumplings. Add extra flavor with a splash of soy sauce.
