Description

A quick and comforting soup featuring store-bought dumplings, warm broth, and fresh greens.


Ingredients

  • 1 package dumplings
  • 4 cups broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cups leafy greens
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the dumplings and cook according to package instructions.
  5. Stir in the greens and soy sauce, cooking until greens are wilted.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped scallions.

Notes

Use fresh or frozen dumplings. Add extra flavor with a splash of soy sauce.
