Description
A simple, no-knead garlic flatbread made with a liquid batter, perfect for any meal.
Ingredients
Scale
- 200 g All-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp Minced garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Melted unsalted butter
- 2.5 tbsp Chopped coriander
- 380 ml Water
Instructions
- Mix all-purpose flour, salt, minced garlic, and water in a container until well combined.
- Add melted unsalted butter and chopped coriander, mixing until combined.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add a teaspoon of oil.
- Scoop the batter and pour two half spoonfuls into the pan.
- Fry for 1 to 2 minutes, then turn and fry for another 1 to 2 minutes.
- Flip back and forth 2 to 3 times until bubbles form in the batter.
- Increase heat to high when large bubbles form.
- Repeat with the remaining batter to make more flatbreads.
Notes
Serve warm with dips like hummus or tzatziki, or alongside curries and stews. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to two days or freeze for longer storage.
