Description

Easy and healthy wraps perfect for lunch boxes, filled with garden-fresh veggies and creamy hummus.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 cup mixed salad greens
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup hummus or your favorite dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Lay the whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread the hummus or dressing evenly over the tortilla.
  3. Place the mixed salad greens in the center of the tortilla.
  4. Add chopped cucumbers, diced tomatoes, and shredded carrots on top of the greens.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Carefully roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you roll.
  7. Cut the wrap in half if desired and pack it in your lunch box.

Notes

For added flavor, use a variety of dressings or fresh herbs. To keep wraps fresh, store in the fridge without dressing until ready to eat.
