Ingredients

- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 1 cup mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumbers
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup hummus or your favorite dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Lay the whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread the hummus or dressing evenly over the tortilla.
- Place the mixed salad greens in the center of the tortilla.
- Add chopped cucumbers, diced tomatoes, and shredded carrots on top of the greens.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Carefully roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you roll.
- Cut the wrap in half if desired and pack it in your lunch box.
Notes
For added flavor, use a variety of dressings or fresh herbs. To keep wraps fresh, store in the fridge without dressing until ready to eat.
