Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Stir in diced chicken thighs, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned on all sides.
  4. Add sliced bell peppers and snow peas; stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  5. Drizzle soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using) over the mixture; toss to combine and heat through.
