- 1 cup snow peas

- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in diced chicken thighs, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned on all sides.
- Add sliced bell peppers and snow peas; stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender.
