Ingredients

Spinach and Avocado Protein Smoothie (1 serving)

– 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

– 1 cup fresh spinach

– ½ ripe avocado

– 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (or Greek yogurt)

– 1 teaspoon chia seeds

– 3–4 ice cubes

Blueberry Oat Smoothie with Greek Yogurt and Chia (1 serving)

– 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

– ½ cup Greek yogurt

– ½ cup frozen blueberries

– ¼ cup rolled oats

– 1 teaspoon chia seeds

– ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie with Cinnamon (1 serving)

– 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

– 1 medium banana (fresh or frozen)

– 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter

– 1 scoop protein powder

– ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

– 3–4 ice cubes

Mango Green Smoothie with Flaxseed (1 serving)

– 1 cup unsweetened coconut water

– 1 cup frozen mango chunks

– 1 cup baby spinach or kale

– 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

– ½ cup Greek yogurt (or protein powder)

– Juice of ½ lime

Chocolate Protein Smoothie with Cauliflower and Almond Butter (1 serving)

– 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

– 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

– ½ cup frozen cauliflower florets (steamed and cooled)

– 1 tablespoon almond butter

– 1 teaspoon cocoa powder

– 3–4 ice cubes


Instructions

1. Spinach & Avocado Protein Smoothie: Add almond milk, spinach, avocado, protein powder, and chia seeds to a blender. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes and blend again for a chilled texture.

2. Blueberry Oat Smoothie: Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until creamy. Adjust thickness with more milk if needed.

3. Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie: Add almond milk, banana, peanut butter, protein powder, and cinnamon to a blender. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes and blend again.

4. Mango Green Smoothie: Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until creamy and smooth. Adjust thickness with more liquid if needed.

5. Chocolate Protein Smoothie: Add almond milk, protein powder, cauliflower, almond butter, and cocoa powder to a blender. Blend until creamy. Add ice cubes and blend again.

Notes
