- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- 4 brioche buns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground chicken until browned.
- Add the onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the Cajun seasoning, tomato sauce, and Worcestershire sauce; simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, add milk and cheese to make a smooth cheese sauce.
- Toast the brioche buns.
- Assemble the Sloppy Joes by adding the chicken mixture to the bun, topped with cheddar cheese sauce. Serve immediately.
