Ingredients

- 1 pound ground meat (beef, turkey, or chicken)
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, chopped spinach, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve over whole-grain pasta or zucchini noodles with a side salad.
Notes
Finely chop spinach for better mixing. Use fresh garlic for best flavor. Adjust seasoning to taste.
