Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ground ginger.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix sweet chili sauce and soy sauce; pour half over chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  4. Let chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice into thin strips.
  5. Warm tortillas until pliable.
  6. Assemble wraps by adding lettuce, chicken, carrots, cucumbers, and cilantro to each tortilla.
  7. Drizzle with remaining sweet chili sauce.
  8. Fold sides of tortilla and roll up tightly.
  9. Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve with lime wedges.

Notes

For a healthier option, use whole wheat tortillas. Marinate chicken for longer for enhanced flavor.
