- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup diced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ground ginger.
- In a separate bowl, mix sweet chili sauce and soy sauce; pour half over chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Let chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice into thin strips.
- Warm tortillas until pliable.
- Assemble wraps by adding lettuce, chicken, carrots, cucumbers, and cilantro to each tortilla.
- Drizzle with remaining sweet chili sauce.
- Fold sides of tortilla and roll up tightly.
- Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve with lime wedges.
Notes
For a healthier option, use whole wheat tortillas. Marinate chicken for longer for enhanced flavor.
