- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (like cheddar or mozzarella)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter, for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the seafood mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough over the filling, starting from the wide end, and pinch the edges to seal.
- Place the stuffed rolls on a baking sheet and brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
