Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (like cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter, for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the seafood mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough over the filling, starting from the wide end, and pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Place the stuffed rolls on a baking sheet and brush the tops with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
