Ingredients

- 3 tbsp almond flour (blanched, superfine)
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp golden flaxseed meal
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Melt butter in microwave or stovetop.
- Whisk in egg, almond flour, flaxseed meal, baking powder, and salt.
- Pour the mixture into ramekins or a mini loaf pan.
- Microwave for 90 seconds or bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes.
- Let cool slightly, slice, and toast if desired.
Notes
Use superfine blanched almond flour for a soft texture. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze slices for up to 1 month.
