Description

Delicious and easy cheeseburger bombs made with flaky biscuit dough, perfect for parties or family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 package Refrigerated Biscuit Dough
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or American)
  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder (for brushing)
  • Chopped Parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until it is browned. Drain the fat.
  3. Flatten each biscuit from the refrigerated dough and fill the center with a spoonful of the beef mixture and a bit of shredded cheese.
  4. Seal the biscuits tightly by pinching the edges and brush the tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and place the bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let them cool slightly before serving and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

Use lean ground beef for a less fatty option. You can also mix in other ingredients like bell peppers or mushrooms for added flavor.
