- 1 lb Ground Beef
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 package Refrigerated Biscuit Dough
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or American)
- 1/4 cup Melted Butter
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder (for brushing)
- Chopped Parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until it is browned. Drain the fat.
- Flatten each biscuit from the refrigerated dough and fill the center with a spoonful of the beef mixture and a bit of shredded cheese.
- Seal the biscuits tightly by pinching the edges and brush the tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and place the bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
Use lean ground beef for a less fatty option. You can also mix in other ingredients like bell peppers or mushrooms for added flavor.
