Description

Delicious snacks that combine shrimp and crab meat in a warm, cheesy biscuit package.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated flaky biscuits (8 count)
  • 3/4 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 3/4 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Flatten each biscuit slightly and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, crab, mozzarella, cream cheese, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley.
  4. Spoon the filling onto half of the biscuits and then top them with the remaining biscuits.
  5. Pinch the edges to seal the biscuits together and press lightly.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
  8. Let them rest for about 2 minutes before slicing or serving whole.

Notes

For best results, don’t overfill the biscuits to prevent bursting during baking. Feel free to experiment with different cheeses for added flavor.
