Delicious snacks that combine shrimp and crab meat in a warm, cheesy biscuit package.
Ingredients

- 1 can refrigerated flaky biscuits (8 count)
- 3/4 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 3/4 cup lump crab meat
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp butter, melted (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Flatten each biscuit slightly and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, crab, mozzarella, cream cheese, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley.
- Spoon the filling onto half of the biscuits and then top them with the remaining biscuits.
- Pinch the edges to seal the biscuits together and press lightly.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
- Let them rest for about 2 minutes before slicing or serving whole.
Notes
For best results, don’t overfill the biscuits to prevent bursting during baking. Feel free to experiment with different cheeses for added flavor.
